- Summer rentals (Apr-Oct) are inclusive of water, electric, air-conditioning, WiFi and mid-week maid service.
- High chair, travel cot and child’s bed are available on request at no extra charge. You will need to bring your own linen for the cot.
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided; you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday.
- A refundable security deposit of €350 is required with your balance payment; if the villa is left in good order this will be refunded within a week of the end of your holiday.
